Like Royalty
We provide all of the meals and snacks from lunch the first day to lunch the last day. Our guides are amazing river chefs who do all of the work on preparing the highest quality, healthy meals made with fresh ingredients. We serve a variety of fruits and vegetables and buy locally whenever possible. Our meats and cheeses are sourced locally when possible. We can accommodate a variety of diets from Kosher* to vegetarian and everything in between. Our preparation and food storage techniques adhere to national health and safety regulations.
Breakfasts:
Breakfasts all include freshly brewed coffee along with assorted teas, hot cocoa and juice. We always start with a platter of fresh fruit in the morning followed by a delicious hearty breakfast.
Lunches:
Lunches are prepared fresh along the banks of the river. All lunches include chips, fresh fruit and cookies. Water is always available along with powdered Lemonade, Gatorade and Iced tea. We also provide 2 sodas or juices per guest per day. (Make sure to send in your preferences of sodas.)
Dinners:
The evening meals are grilled and baked to perfection while you relax or play games. Evening meals all include hors d’oeuvres, fresh salads, fresh veggies an entrée and dessert.
*Kosher Menu is for Chartered Trips Only. We bring a color-coded, dual kitchen that is only used on this type of trip, and special order menu items from a certified Kosher vendor. Call us for more information.

Family Rafting Trips on the Green River:
BREAKFAST:
River “McMuffins” with ham, cheese and egg.
Served with a side of hash browns.
MORNING SNACK:
String Cheese
LUNCH:
Sandwich buffet with choices of turkey, roast beef, Swiss cheese and cheddar cheese. Served with all the fixings and lots of peanut butter and jelly.
AFTERNOON SNACK:

HORS DE VOURS:
Fresh veggies with ranch dip and bagel chips.
DINNER:
Steak, Hamburgers and Hotdogs. Served with a side of potatoes, baked beans and a salad.

Southwest Breakfast Burritos filled with chorizo, egg, peppers and potatoes. Served with sides of salsa and sour cream.

Chicken Caesar salad served in a choice of a spinach, garlic or tomato basil wrap.

Assorted crackers served with a variety of chesses and pepperoni

Dutch Oven Lasagna made fresh with ground turkey and loads of fresh veggies. Served with a green salad and garlic bread

Special Dietary Needs
We understand some of our guests may have special dietary needs. Because all of our meals are prepared fresh we can easily prepare small portions of food to meet those needs. We do depend on you to let us know your dietary needs at least 21 days prior to the trip. (Late changes may incur a $25 change fee.) Once we are on the river there are no stores to pick up additional supplies. Please keep in mind that Moab is a small town and some of the labels you are used to may be difficult for us to find. Listed below are some examples of common substitutions we make.
Vegetarians & Vegans: We bring plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables along with hummus, tofu, veggie-burgers and other proteins. For vegans we bring soy products and other non-dairy options.
Gluten Allergies:We can bring gluten free bread, snacks and cookies.
Kosher: (Charter Trips Only) We have a specialized Kosher-only kitchen. Our kitchen includes two sets of everything. We understand the kosher labeling system and are able to order certified kosher meats.

Colorado River Eggs Benedict, topped with a Zesty Hollandaise Sauce, Tomato and Fresh Basil served with Canadian Bacon, Served with Skillet-Fried hash browns & Herbs and Fresh Fruit.

LUNCH:
Sun dried tomato basil pasta salad with roasted red peppers. Served with breadsticks on the side.
AFTERNOON SNACK:

HORS DE VOURS:
Toasted crostini topped with roma tomatoes, fresh basil and melted buffalo mozzarella, wrapped in prosciutto.
DINNER:
A fresh salad of mixed greens with pears, gorgonzola cheese and walnuts with blush wine vinaigrette. Grilled pork tenderloin with a special honey-Dijon sauce, grilled asparagus and baby red potatoes
DESSERT:
Fresh Cheesecake with a mix of fresh berries and Ice Cream

*Note: If you have any special dietary needs we would love to talk to you and make sure we understand exactly what you need. We provide snacks throughout the day, but it is a good idea to bring extra snacks for children, for individuals who have snack preferences, or for those who may be diabetic.
